* Until 615 PM CDT.
* At 516 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Osborn, or 8
miles east of East Moline, moving northeast at 45 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
to roofs, siding, and trees.

and Joslin around 520 PM CDT.
Erie and Spring Hill around 525 PM CDT.
Portland Corners around 530 PM CDT.
Prophetstown, Lyndon, Fenton, Prophetstown State Recreation Area,
Hamilton Corners, Denrock, and Leon Corners around 535 PM CDT.

Instruction:
Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.
For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
sturdy building.

agency. They will send your report to the National Weather Service
office in the Quad Cities.
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 800 PM CDT for north central
and northwestern Illinois...and east central Iowa.
