At 750 AM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 6 miles north of Monticello to 9 miles west of Crawfordville, moving east at 50 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Locations impacted include... Tallahassee, Woodville, Monticello, Tallahassee State College, Florida State University, St. Marks, Crawfordville, Florida A and M, Doak Campbell Stadium, Wakulla, Alma, Lake Bradford, Cody, Wakulla Springs, South City, Tallahassee Regional A/P, Natural Bridge, Lake Miccosukee, Apalachee Ridge Estates, and Levy Park.
Instruction: 
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 900 AM EDT for Big Bend Florida. Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the basement or small central room in a sturdy structure. For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a building. To report severe weather contact your nearest law enforcement agency. They will send your report to the National Weather Service office in Tallahassee.
