At 158 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 4 miles southeast of
Mulberry, moving northeast at 50 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

This includes Interstate 40 in Arkansas between mile markers 17 and
19.
Instruction:
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 400 AM CDT for northwestern
and west central Arkansas.
Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.
