Description:
At 1057 PM CST, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Monett to near Fairview to near Pineville, moving
northeast at 50 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Springfield, Republic, Big Sugar Creek State Park, Monett, Aurora,
Battlefield, Marionville, Clever, Crane, Pierce City, Purdy,
Billings, Pineville, Wheaton, Verona, Butterfield, Fairview,
Brookline, Pioneer, and Hurley.
This includes Interstate 44 between mile markers 68 and 78.
Instruction:
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 100 AM CST for southwestern
Missouri.

building.
