* WHAT...Large breaking waves of 9 to 12 feet and dangerous rip currents. * WHERE...For the High Surf Advisory, north facing reefs of the Marianas. For the High Rip Current Risk, north and east facing reefs. * WHEN...For the High Surf Advisory, until 4 PM ChST Monday. For the High Rip Current Risk, through Monday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Dangerous swimming and surfing conditions and localized beach erosion. Rip currents can sweep even the best swimmers away from shore into deeper water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A large northerly swell combined with a north secondary swell produced by a strong mid-latitude synoptic systems are producing hazardous surf along north facing reefs and a high risk of rip currents along north and east facing reefs. The swell is expected to become north-northwesterly late in the weekend or early next week, possibly producing hazardous surf along west facing reefs.
Instruction: 
Rip currents will be life threatening. Inexperienced swimmers should remain out of the water due to dangerous surf conditions. Rip currents will be life threatening. If caught in a rip current, relax and float. Don't swim against the current. If able, swim in a direction following the shoreline. If unable to escape, face the shore and call or wave for help.
