For the High Rip Current Risk, north and east facing reefs. * WHEN...For the High Surf Advisory, until 4 PM ChST Monday. For the High Rip Current Risk, through Monday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Dangerous swimming and surfing conditions and localized beach erosion. Rip currents can sweep even the best swimmers away from shore into deeper water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Long-period northerly swell continues to move through the Marianas, producing hazardous surf and dangerous rip currents along north-facing reefs through Monday afternoon. A broad tropical disturbance developing to the southwest of the Marianas and a shear line across the CNMI will lead to an increase in north to northeast swell. This will also cause a high risk of rip currents along east facing reefs through the weekend.
Instruction: 
Rip currents will be life threatening. Inexperienced swimmers should remain out of the water due to dangerous surf conditions. Rip currents will be life threatening. If caught in a rip current, relax and float. Don't swim against the current. If able, swim in a direction following the shoreline. If unable to escape, face the shore and call or wave for help.
