* AFFECTED AREA...Fire weather zone 420, 421, 422, 423, 425, 427,428 and 429. * WIND...Sustained winds 20 to 30 mph, gusting up to 40 mph. * HUMIDITY...8 to 11 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Poor overnight humidity recoveries are expected early Saturday morning. Well above average temperatures are also expected which will contribute considerably to the dry conditions.
