Description: 
RED FLAG WARNING IN EFFECT FOR MUCH OF SOUTHEAST WYOMING AND THE NEBRASKA PANHANDLE ON MONDAY. The National Weather Service in Cheyenne has issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect from 9 AM this morning to 6 PM MDT this evening. * WIND... WIND GUSTS BETWEEN 35 AND 55 MPH IN THE AFTERNOON * HUMIDITY... BETWEEN 13 AND 20 PERCENT * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended. * ADDITIONAL INFO...Fire weather zone 430 has been added back into the Red Flag Warning due to increased confidence on low afternoon humidity and very gusty winds. The lingering snowpack melted, increasing fire weather concerns today.
