FOR WIND AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR MOST OF SOUTHEAST TEXAS...
* WINDS...North 20 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 15 percent.
* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will be capable of spreading
rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended. Obey all local
burn restrictions and burn bans.
Instruction:
A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now...or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds and low relative humidity will create explosive fire
growth potential.
