...CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE FORECAST ACROSS ALL OF WEST CENTRAL TEXAS ON SUNDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH SUNDAY EVENING... The National Weather Service in San Angelo has issued a Red Flag Warning for wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect from noon to 9 PM CDT Sunday. The Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect. * AFFECTED AREA...Fisher, Nolan, Sterling, Coke, Runnels, Irion, Tom Green, Concho, Crockett, Schleicher, Sutton, Haskell, Throckmorton, Jones, Shackelford, Taylor, Callahan, Coleman, Brown, McCulloch, San Saba, Menard, Kimble and Mason. * TIMING...From noon to 9 PM CDT Sunday. * WINDS...North 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...10 to 20 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
