* AFFECTED AREA...In South Dakota, Marshall, Roberts and Day. * WINDS...Southwest 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph. The strongest winds will be in the favored Sisseton hills downslope areas during the late morning, before slowly diminishing in the mid to late afternoon. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 19 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fires that ignite will spread rapidly and become difficult to control or suppress.
