* AFFECTED AREA...In South Dakota, Faulk, Spink, Hyde, Hand, Lyman and Buffalo. * WINDS...Southwest 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph. The strongest winds will be in the morning. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 17 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fires that ignite will spread rapidly and become difficult to control or suppress.
