Description: 
The National Weather Service in Amarillo has issued a Red Flag Warning for gusty winds and low relative humidity, which is in effect from 9 AM to 9 PM CDT Sunday. The Fire Weather Watch for Sunday is no longer in effect. * WINDS...For today, south to southwest 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph. For Sunday, north to northeast 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 to 45 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...For today, as low as 4 percent. For Sunday, as low as 10 percent. * TEMPERATURES...For today, in the mid to upper 90s to just over 100. For Sunday, in the low 70s to mid 80s. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will have the potential to spread very rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended. * SEVERITY... FUELS (ERC)...90th+ percentile...5 (out of 5). WEATHER...Near Critical...2 (out of 5). FIRE ENVIRONMENT...6 (out of 10).
