* AFFECTED AREA...Fire weather zones 436 and 437. * WIND...West winds 30 to 50 mph, with gusts up 75 mph. * HUMIDITY...Between 15 and 22 percent. * NIGHTTIME RECOVERIES...Between 30 to 45 percent. Some locations near Interstate 25 may be as low as 20 percent early Saturday morning. * IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
