RED FLAG WARNING IN EFFECT FOR MUCH OF SOUTHEAST WYOMING AND THE NEBRASKA PANHANDLE ON MONDAY. * WIND... WIND GUSTS BETWEEN 35 AND 55 MPH IN THE AFTERNOON * HUMIDITY... BETWEEN 13 AND 20 PERCENT * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
