* TIMING...Noon Monday to 1am CT Tuesday
* WINDS...West 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 11 percent.
* TEMPERATURES...Up to 84.
* LIGHTNING...Dry lightning could be possible
* IMPACTS...Any fire starts may spread rapidly and be difficult
to control.
