Description: 
The National Weather Service in Hastings has issued a Red Flag Warning for wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect from noon to 8 PM CDT Wednesday. * WINDS...Northwest with sustained speeds near 15 to 20 mph and gusts near 25 to 30 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 10 to 15 percent. Relative humidity values will be slow to recover during the evening hours, increasing only to around 30 to 40 percent by midnight. * IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will spread quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
