* TIMING... 11AM CDT /10AM MDT/ to 10PM CDT /9PM MDT/ Saturday
* WINDS...Southwest 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 40 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 14 percent.
* TEMPERATURES...Up to 76.
* LIGHTNING... None expected.
* IMPACTS...Any fire starts will have a high potential to spread
rapidly and will be difficult to control.
