* IMPACTS: Low Humidities...Unseasonably Warm Temperatures...and Strong Gusty Winds could cause erratic fire behavior. * AFFECTED AREA: In North Central WY...Fire Weather Zones 275...281 and 282. * COUNTIES AFFECTED: In North Central WY...Big Horn...Hot Springs...Johnson...Park Washakie. * WIND: West to southwest 10 to 20 mph with gusts of 25 to 30 mph today. West 20 to 25 mph with gusts of 45 to 55 mph Monday. * HUMIDITY: As low as 12 percent. RH recovery will be fair. * TEMPERATURES: Highs in the lower 70s. Lows in the mid 40s.
