The National Weather Service in Memphis has issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect from 11 AM to 7 PM CDT Saturday. * WIND...Northeast 10 to 20 mph. * HUMIDITY...As low as 20 percent. * IMPACTS...The combination of a dry airmass and dry fuels will result in critical fire weather conditions. Wildfires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning should not be attempted.
