...RED FLAG WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 8 AM THIS MORNING TO 8 PM EDT THIS EVENING DUE TO CRITICALLY LOW HUMIDITY, DRY FUELS AND GUSTY WINDS FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTHEAST GEORGIA AND SOUTHEAST SOUTH CAROLINA... * AFFECTED AREA...Portions of southeast Georgia and southeast South Carolina. * TIMING...From 8 AM this morning to 8 PM EDT this evening. * WINDS...Northeast winds 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 35 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 15 to 25 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
