The National Weather Service in Tallahassee has issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect from noon today to 8 PM EDT this evening. * AFFECTED AREA...Georgia fire weather zones 125, 126, 127, 128, 129, 130, and 131. * WIND...Northeast to east 15 to 20 mph, with gusts 25 to 35 mph. * HUMIDITY...As low as 25 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
