The National Weather Service in Mobile has issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect from noon today to 7 PM CDT this evening. * AFFECTED AREA...Fire Weather Zones 201, 202, 203, 204, 205 and 206. * WINDS...Northeast 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 21 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
