Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Along Rio Gurabo in Gurabo.
* WHEN...Until 1030 PM AST.
* IMPACTS...Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from
earlier rainfall. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and
may not be passable.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 756 PM AST, At 747 PM AST, USGS gauge reports indicated
that Rio Gurabo at Gurabo (GURP4) is in minor flood stage.
Flooding is ongoing in the warned area. Between 1 and 1.5
inches of rain have fallen in the area.
- Sectors downstream of this river at Juncos and Las Piedras
are already under another Flood Warning.
- Rises in this sector have been known to affect road PR-941.
Emergency Managers report no additional flooding at this
time.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
