* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Humacao and Yabucoa. * WHEN...Until 745 PM AST. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 548 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Sensors YBUP4 and GCRP4 in Rio Guayanes, Yabucoa, continue to report that the river is in action stage with them reporting 18.27 ft and 24.73 ft, respectively. Emergency managers in Humacao reported that flooding was affecting a couple of Neighborhoods. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Humacao, Yabucoa, Martorell, La Fermina, Anton Ruiz, Punta Santiago, Playita, Candelero Arriba, Comunas, El Negro, Rosa Sanchez and Bajandas. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding. Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law enforcement and request they pass this information to the National Weather Service when you can do so safely.
