The National Weather Service in State College PA has issued a

Southern Warren County in north central Pennsylvania...
* Until 615 PM EDT.
* At 508 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing a tornado
were located along a line extending from near Corry to near
Riceville to near Titusville, moving east at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.

Grand Valley and Garland around 520 PM EDT.
Youngsville around 530 PM EDT.
Warren, Chapman State Park, and Warren South around 540 PM EDT.
Kinzua Dam around 600 PM EDT.
Other locations impacted by these tornadic storms include Tidioute,
Starbrick, and Clarendon.

TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a basement or an interior room on the lowest
floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a
mobile home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter
and protect yourself from flying debris.
This line of thunderstorms is capable of producing tornadoes and
widespread significant wind damage. Do not wait to see or hear the
