At 1105 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Warren, moving east southeast at 45 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Warren, Kane, Sheffield, Youngsville, Wetmore, Spring Creek, Lottsville, Ludlow, Westline, Warren South, Kinzua Dam, Garland, Chapman State Park, Mount Jewett, Starbrick, Clarendon, and Bradford Airport.
