* Until 600 PM EDT.
* At 508 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Wellsboro,
moving east at 30 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
* Locations impacted include...
Mansfield, Wellsboro, Blossburg, Lawrenceville, Covington,
Millerton, Keeneyville, Tioga, Roseville, Tioga Junction, and
Mansfield University.

Continuous cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this severe
