* At 656 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles southwest
of Franklin, moving east at 50 mph.
HAZARD...Tennis ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated with a history of producing up to 2 inch
diameter hail.
IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect
wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Franklin, Clarion, Brookville, Knox, Seneca, Polk, Strattanville,
