For the second Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures as low as 24 expected. * WHERE...Bedford, Blair, Cambria, Somerset, Southern Centre, Southern Clinton, and Southern Lycoming Counties. * WHEN...For the first Freeze Warning, until 9 AM EDT this morning. For the second Freeze Warning, from midnight tonight to 9 AM EDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
