* WHERE...Harney County and Malheur County.
* WHEN...From 8 AM PDT /9 AM MDT/ this morning to 5 PM PDT /6 PM
MDT/ this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Areas of blowing dust and reduced visibility
will create an additional hazard.
