* WHAT...Snow above 4500 feet. Additional snow accumulations of 2 to
5 inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.
* WHERE...In Oregon, East Slopes of the Oregon Cascades. In
Washington, Upper Slopes of the Eastern Washington Cascades Crest.
* WHEN...Until 11 PM PDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions, especially on bridges
and overpasses.
