* WHAT...Wet snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 7 to 12 inches above 4500 feet with locally higher amounts above 5000 feet. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph. * WHERE...In Oregon, Northern Blue Mountains of Oregon. In Washington, Northwest Blue Mountains. * WHEN...Until 8 PM PDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Significant snowfall with periods of heavy snowfall rates will combine with low visibility to create very difficult driving conditions. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Lower snow accumulations are forecast between 4000 and 4500 feet.
