* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 5 to 10 inches above 4000 feet. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...In Oregon, Northern Blue Mountains of Oregon. In Washington, Northwest Blue Mountains. * WHEN...Until 11 PM PDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Periods of moderate and heavy snow will combine with low visibilities to create difficult driving conditions. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Lighter snowfall amounts are forecast below 4000 feet along I-84 and OR 204. Steady snowfall this evening through Wednesday morning will turn over to snow showers late Wednesday afternoon. Heaviest snowfall rates are expected Wednesday morning and early afternoon.
