Description:
* WHAT...West winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts of 40-50 mph expected.
* WHERE...Eastern Columbia River Gorge of Oregon and Washington,
Lower Columbia Basin of Oregon, Foothills of the Southern Blue
Mountains of Oregon, and Simcoe Highlands.
* WHEN...Until 11 PM PDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...In the Lower Columbia Basin of Oregon,
strongest winds will be generally west of Hermiston.
Instruction:
Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
