At 746 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Scappoose, or 9 miles west of Vancouver Downtown, moving north at 15 mph. HAZARD...Pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... St. Helens, Vancouver, Scappoose, Ridgefield, Warren, Sauvie Island, and Spitzenberg. In Oregon this includes U.S. Highway 30 west of Portland between mile markers 10 and 29.
