* WHERE...Lower Columbia Basin of Oregon and Washington, Foothills
of the Northern Blue Mountains of Oregon, Kittitas Valley, and
Yakima Valley.
* WHEN...Until 9 AM PDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.
