Description: 
At 556 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 10 miles northeast of Spray to 12 miles northwest of Mitchell. Movement was northwest at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Fossil, Spray, Lonerock, Kinzua, Hardman, Ruggs, Mayville, Clarno, and Service Creek.
Instruction: 
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 800 PM PDT for central, north central and northeastern Oregon.
