Description: 
At 321 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Cove, or 10 miles east of La Grande, moving northwest at 15 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... La Grande, Island City, and Cove. This includes the following highways... Highway 82 between mile markers 1 and 7. Interstate 84 between mile markers 262 and 266.
Instruction: 
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 800 PM PDT for northeastern Oregon.
