At 541 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 10 miles east of Christmas Valley Sand Dunes to 22 miles west of Burns to 18 miles southeast of Silvies. Movement was northwest at 30 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Seneca, Suplee, Izee, Silvies, and Hampton. This includes the following highways... Highway 20 between mile markers 46 and 69. Highway 395 between mile markers 20 and 39.
