At 834 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over northeastern Umatilla Reservation, or 12 miles north of Meacham, moving north at 40 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Walla Walla, Milton-Freewater, and Weston. This includes the following highways... Highway 11 between mile markers 18 and 32. Highway 204 between mile markers 1 and 4.
