...GUSTY RANGELAND WINDS AHEAD OF COLD FRONT... Continued warm and very dry conditions ahead of a cold front on the afternoon and evening of Memorial Day could create a critical fire weather pattern as pre-frontal winds increase. Following conditions tomorrow we will see good RH recovery overnight with a 30-40% chance of wetting rains through the rest of the week. The National Weather Service in Boise has issued a Fire Weather Watch for winds and low relative humidities, which is in effect from Monday afternoon through Monday evening. * AFFECTED AREA...In Oregon, Fire Weather Zone 670 Burns BLM. * TIMING...From Monday afternoon through Monday evening. * WINDS...Southwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...11 to 17 percent. * TEMPERATURES...78 to 84 degrees. * IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
