Description:
At 1212 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking the leading edge of winds
from strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 3 miles west
of Eakly to near Mountain Park to 6 miles northwest of Odell. Strong
winds may occur far away from the thunderstorms without any
rain. Movement was east at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Altus, Weatherford, Clinton, Hobart, Cordell, Hinton, Cache,
Carnegie, Snyder, Hydro, Tipton, Mountain View, Chillicothe, Binger,
Fort Cobb, Olustee, Dill City, Corn, Eldorado, and Mountain Park.
