Description: 
At 739 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 3 miles southwest of Manitou to 8 miles south of Hollister to 5 miles north of Lake Diversion, moving northeast at 40 mph. HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Trained weather spotters & Mesonet. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect considerable tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings. Locations impacted include... Frederick, Iowa Park, Electra, Grandfield, Davidson, Manitou, Hollister, Loveland, Harrold, and Haynesville.

A tornado watch remains in effect for the warned area. Tornadoes can develop quickly from severe thunderstorms. For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a building.
