* WHERE...In Oklahoma, Beaver, Cimarron, and Texas Counties. In
Texas, Dallam, Hansford, Hartley, Ochiltree, and Sherman Counties.
* WHEN...Until 9 AM CDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.
