Thursday. West southwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40
mph.

as 5 percent.
* TEMPERATURES...Today. In the upper 80s. Thursday in the mid 80s
to lower 90s.
* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will have the potential to
spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
