At 1130 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong, gusty winds associated with thunderstorms along a line extending from 8 miles northeast of Carter to near Rocky. Movement was east at 40 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Elk City, Weatherford, Clinton, Cordell, Burns Flat, Sentinel, Arapaho, Dill City, Canute, Corn, Carter, Bessie, Foss, Colony, Retrop, Cloud Chief, and Cowden.
