At 216 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 9
miles south of Cheyenne, moving east at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Elk City, Hammon, Canute, and Berlin.
Instruction:
