At 543 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking ongoing and developing strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Cooperton to near Meers and from 4 miles northeast of Manitou to near Martha. Movement was east at 40 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Lawton, Altus, Cache, Elgin, Apache, Snyder, Blair, Mountain Park, Medicine Park, Indiahoma, Roosevelt, Manitou, Martha, Headrick, Friendship, Cooperton, Altus Air Force Base, Meers, Tom Steed Reservoir, and Boone.
