* WHERE...A portion of northeast Oklahoma, including the following
county, Ottawa.
* WHEN...Until 330 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 941 AM CDT, Flooding is ongoing but additional heavy rain
is unlikely. Between 2 and 6 inches of rain have fallen.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.
